Med Soul are not responsible for any loss, injury or even fatality (however caused), flight delays, cancellations or incidents resulting in non-attendance of event. We recommend taking out travel insurance for the length of your stay. Deposits are non-refundable, balances must be paid by 17th August 2010, outstanding unpaid balances will result in your place being cancelled and deposit or part payment being lost, cancelled places can be changed to another person without charge. Unreasonable behaviour will not be tolerated towards our staff or us; this will result in your wristband being removed and removal from the hotel
